Stud Welder welds straight studs onto twisted chains and is a necessary part of snow chain production lines. Developed exclusively by us, it creatively solves a common problem: inconsistent stud placement caused by variations in wire quality. Our innovative two-stage welding process ensures every stud is positioned perfectly, meeting all technical standards.

Operation is simple and precise, thanks to servo motors, cylinders, and PLC control—all managed through a user-friendly interface and reasonable mechanical structure. It also includes an automatic chain-cutting system that boosts productivity by cutting chains to the preset length. For easy upkeep, an automatic oil pump handles daily lubrication.
