Chain Bend Test Machines

Main Function：

This equipment is designed to perform bend tests on Type T, DAT, and DT chains. It utilizes a hydraulic, servo, and PLC control system for precise testing, supported by high-accuracy components such as an Omron pull rope displacement sensor and a Honeywell pressure sensor.

According to relevant standards, the bend testing requirements differ by chain grade:

·Type T chains are tested by measuring down pressure displacement (in mm).

·Type DAT and DT chains are tested by measuring down pressure force (in KN).

This machine supports both testing modes, meeting all specified standard requirements.
