V-Bar Welder is used to weld V-bar onto twisted chains and is one of the essential pieces of equipment in snow chain production lines. Developed exclusively by our company, this machine features a unique design: a vibrating screen conveys V-bars, which are then picked up by a rotary manipulator and welded into place. With precise control via cylinders, servo motors, and a PLC system, it offers more reasonable and intuitive operation. The machine also includes an integrated chain-cutting system that automatically cuts chains after a set number of loops, significantly boosting production efficiency. An automatic oil pump provides easy daily maintenance.
