After-sales Service of Overseas Chain Heat Treatment Machines

In early July 2026, Hangzhou Polywin’s engineers traveled to an overseas customer’s factory to commission a Chain Heat Treatment Machine. The machine has been successfully commissioned and put into continuous mass production.
Here we introduce the features of our Dual-power Chain Heat Treatment Machine with Temperature display function, which is designed to manufacture Grade 80 and Grade 100 chains:
1. Equipped with dual power supply. The power for quenching and tempering can be adjusted separately, enabling convenient and efficient parameter setting.
2. The temperature display function allows real-time monitoring of quenching and tempering temperatures after parameter modification, realizing precise temperature control.
3. Adopts imported IGBT components with frequency fluctuation controlled within ±2%. The running speed is adjustable via frequency conversion, compatible with chains of various wire diameters.
4.It achieves higher energy efficiency than the KGPS medium-frequency power supply, with an energy-saving rate ranging from 10% to 40%.
Taking 10mm chains as an example, the power consumption for heat treatment is less than 320 kWh per ton of chain. The equipment can complete heat treatment for 2.5 tons of chain within 8 working hours.
